All Canadian orders are shipped using UPS and Canada Post Expedited Shipping calculated based on order size and weight.

Once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled, however you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by simply contacting us at bigtaste@bigchief.ca or calling 403-264-2641. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please use this tracking number to check the status of your package

If your shipment is returned to Big Chief unclaimed you will be refunded the product total minus a $5 restocking fee. The shipping price will not be refunded. You will be contacted if this occurs.

Please note: Big Chief is a manufacturer with no retail sales, so pick-up in Calgary is NOT an option. Big Chief also DOES NOT EXPORT outside of Canada at this time. Big Chief also reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. Suspicious transactions will be flagged, reviewed, and may be cancelled.
